WE STRIVE TO ENSURE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED IN THE QUICKEST, MOST COST-EFFECTIVE AND SUSTAINABLE MANNER.

FREE DELIVERY WITHIN LEICESTERSHIRE

Delivery within Leicestershire (United Kingdom) is handled by our delivery team and is absolutely FREE as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Minimum spend of £300.00 or more.
  • Delivery is within Leicestershire and contains an “LE” Postcode.
  • Order before 3pm to get guaranteed next working day free local delivery.
  • Any orders below £300 will be charged at £6.99 incl. VAT

DELIVERY OUTSIDE LEICESTERSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM AND INTERNATIONAL

All deliveries outside of Leicestershire are handled via our Delivery Partner, DHL, on a next-working-day basis (Mon-Fri excluding Bank and other Holidays) for UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands and British Isles. Delivery times may vary for all other destinations and may be subject to additional customs and clearing fees.

MAINLAND ENGLAND

All deliveries outside of Leicestershire are handled via our Delivery Partner, DHL, on a next-working-day basis (Mon-Fri excluding Bank and other Holidays) for UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands and British Isles. Delivery times may vary for all other destinations and may be subject to additional customs and clearing fees.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 3pm, will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service. When selecting 'Next Working Day' - Orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday, will be delivered on the next working day which is the following Monday.

 

Express Delivery only applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday.
(orders placed Friday to Sunday before will be delivered on Tuesday)

Free delivery and Express delivery services are not available for:

  • Orders to international countries and some out of area postcodes in the UK. A surcharge may be applied for deliveries to these areas. For full details, please see the ‘out of area charges and delivery times’ section below.
  • Over-sized parcels, such as large quantities or larger items (e.g. some large NVR's) and Large Format Monitors. For details on these items please see the 'oversized items' section below.
  • Specialist/dangerous goods deliveries which require additional measures, such as marking transport units, declarations to authorities and shipping companies, handling of documents, etc. A surcharge of £19.99 may be applied to these items.

If your item is Over-Weight (Over 30kgs) or you are located in a remote area you may incur an additional charge. If this is the case the cost will be automatically calculated by our system at the checkout phase.

 

No deliveries will be made on Bank/ Public Holidays.

OVER-SIZED ITEMS

Due to the size of these items, we employ a specialist delivery service. We offer premium delivery for these parts and it takes one to two working days for your items to get delivered. Unfortunately, there is no free delivery available for large components and other oversized items. Our basket automatically calculates best delivery price and transit time depending upon the delivery postcode. Please note that it may take up to five working days for parts to get delivered to Northern Ireland and offshore islands.

 

No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 7am and 7.30pm.

Order before 3pm to get guaranteed next day free local delivery or via our delivery partner if delivery is destined to be out of Leicestershire.

During busy periods, dispatch times for orders may take longer.

For reasons beyond our control please allow between 3 days for your order to arrive. If more than 3 days have passed please contact us to review the status of your order.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

TRACKING/ORDER STATUS

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also contact you if we need further information.

 

Once your order is approved, we will aim to deliver within the next day within Leicestershire. Order before 3pm to get next day local delivery.

 

A Tracking link will be available on your order status page via your Dashboard to track orders and delivery.

We will notify you once the driver is out for delivery, or if the driver has completed delivery, or if there was a failed delivery attempt.

 

Our drivers will help where possible, but they will not enter your premises. We will only deliver goods to your door. An authorised person aged 18 or over must be at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Goods will not be left with anybody under the age of 18. Proof of age and identity may be asked for at delivery.

 

The signature and/or photo on receipt of the goods will be proof of delivery.

MISSED/FALIED DELIVERY

If no one is at the premises, we will leave a notification of our visit, return the goods to our facilities. Please contact us to re-arrange delivery. We will not leave goods unattended, for example at the door, in a porch or in a garage, unless specifically asked to do so when placing the order. We will not be liable for any loss/damage/missing items once items are left unattended.

Please provide your contact number and shipping address accurately during your purchase transaction to avoid delivery to a wrong address. Remember to include any additional instructions such as bell instructions, passcodes, etc.

If your parcel was returned due to an incorrect address you will need to bear the cost of delivery for the order to be re-delivered.

In some situations, it may not be possible to deliver your order, including but not limited to:

  • if our driver believes it is unsafe or impractical to approach the property,
  • if our driver believes it is unsafe to deliver due to an uncontrolled animal,
  • if our driver cannot reach the property due to weather conditions.

We may be unable to deliver in the event of equipment failure, mechanical breakdown, industrial action, adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.

CANCELLATIONS

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If you receive any damaged or faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery, so we can resolve the matter efficiently.

P.O BOX AS DELIVERY ADDRESS

For all orders, only residential or commercial addresses are accepted. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as a delivery address.

OFFICE/COMMERCIAL PREMISES AS DELIVERY ADDRESS

We ship to both residential and commercial addresses.

For commercial/office addresses, please note that our driver is required to comply with the building’s rules and regulations.

If our driver is restricted from access to your office, they will contact you via your contact number provided.

We do not advise that our driver be instructed to leave your purchases at any reception/management office/security office. We will not be held responsible for any losses. Please contact us for more information.

RISK, OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY

Once we have delivered your order, the ownership of, and risk in, the goods will pass to you.

It is your responsibility to read all the information on the product labels carefully and pay particular attention to allergens.

If the goods are transferred from the delivery address stated on your order to another address, we will not be liable for any damage to the goods.

We are not liable for any loss or damage you may incur (directly or indirectly) arising from any delay, failure or other problem relating to our delivery of the goods.
